Hi, I'm Matt — I run small businesses too

I build websites and simple software that keep small businesses running.

No agency, no account manager, no jargon. Just me — someone who's run the business, chased the invoice and got the booking — building the thing you need, in weeks, for a price that makes sense for a small business.

Not sure what you need yet? That's normal — ask anyway, it's a free conversation.

01Why me

I've been on your side of the table

I have years of experience owning and managing businesses, in event planning and operations, and in technology — the person who gets the call when the schedule slips, the vendor doesn't show, or the "system" turns out to be one spreadsheet only one person understands.

I own and run small businesses now. So when you tell me the booking is a mess or you're losing an hour a night to invoices, I get it and I've been there. I've had many nights at the kitchen table trying to 'figure it out' and do it all.

That's really the whole thing: you get someone who knows what a small business can actually afford — in money, in fuss, and in the time it takes to learn something new.

02What I make

Two things, both built around how you already work.

Custom web apps

The thing you keep doing by hand — booking, tracking, selling, organizing workflows, chasing paperwork — turned into a tool that just does it.

  • Booking and scheduling that fills itself in
  • A portal so clients stop emailing for updates
  • A dashboard with the numbers you check every morning
  • Little internal tools that save an hour a day
  • A personal bio or link page that looks like you

Websites that get you work

A site your customers can actually use on their phone, that says what you do and makes it easy to reach you.

  • A clean home page that explains your business
  • Straightforward service and pricing pages
  • Quote requests that land in your inbox (or your phone)
  • Showing up when people search your town
  • Payment platform integration
03How it goes

We talk, I build, it goes live.

Three steps, and you can reach me at every one of them.

01

We talk

A regular conversation — no pitch deck. You tell me what's eating your time, costing you customers, or creating headaches. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.

02

I build, you look

You see the real thing early and often, not a status report. Say 'move that' or 'that's not how it works here' and I change it.

03

It goes live

Launch on your domain. Keep the keys and run it yourself, or hand it back to me and never think about hosting again.

04What it costs

Buy it once, or let me look after it.

Real numbers up front. You'll know the price before I start, and it won't move.

Pay once

Buy it outright

from $1,500one-time

I build it, you own it — files, domain, everything. Good if you've got someone who can keep it updated, or it just doesn't change much.

  • A call to figure out what you actually need
  • Design and build
  • Launched on your own domain
  • Everything handed over, yours to keep
  • 30 days of free fixes after launch
Let's talk about a one-time build
Most people pick this

I build it and look after it

from $150a month

There's still a one-time build fee up front. Sign on for 12 months and that fee comes down — the exact number depends on what we're building.

I build it, then it stays on me: hosting, updates, backups, and the small changes you'll inevitably want. You text me, I fix it.

  • The initial build and launch
  • Hosting and maintenance handled for you
  • Backups and someone watching it
  • Small changes and content edits each month
  • You tell me when you need something
Let's talk about a monthly plan

Smaller budget than that? Say so anyway — I'd rather find something that fits than lose the conversation over a number.

07A bit about me

Hi — I'm Matt.

I spent my working life in operations and event planning: making complicated things happen on time, with real money and real people on the line.

These days I own and run small businesses of my own. Building software started as fixing my own headaches — the booking mess, the invoices, the numbers nobody had time to pull. Then other owners started asking if I'd do theirs too.

You deal with me the whole way. No account manager, no handoff to someone junior, no six-month timeline. Just the person who built it, still picking up the phone.
